How does the Pawsome Points program work?
Loyalty is at the heart of the bond between you and your pet, and we want to reward your loyalty to PolkaDot Pets. Every time you make a purchase on our site, you’ll earn Pawsome Points that can be converted into discount vouchers for your next order.
You can view your available Pawsome Points at any time on your account page. Points accumulate automatically with each successful order and are deducted when you redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
How do I earn Pawsome Points?
It’s easy! Every successful order will earn you Pawsome Points. For every R100 you spend at PolkaDot Pets, you’ll receive one Pawsome Point.
How do I use my Pawsome Points?
You’re in control. Save up your Pawsome Points for a bigger discount, or use them regularly for ongoing savings – it’s up to you!
When you check out, you’ll be notified of your available Pawsome Points and asked if you’d like to convert them into a voucher for that order. Once you choose to create the voucher, our system will automatically apply it to your current order. Please note, your Pawsome Points are yours alone – they can’t be transferred to other accounts.
Do my Pawsome Points expire?
Your Pawsome Points will expire after one year if you don’t convert them into a voucher. Every order you place earns points, and our system will track when your points are set to expire. Don’t let your points go to waste – make sure to use them to keep your pet happy and your wallet fuller!
